These Terms and Conditions apply to the MS Cosmetics website and all online orders placed through this website.

MS Cosmetics is a UK-based Afro-Caribbean cosmetics, hair-care, beauty, wig and professional hair-products retailer, offering textured hair care, wigs, extensions, skincare, make-up, electricals, barbering items, kids’ hair care and professional salon-quality products.

Using Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, copy content without permission, or use the website in a way that may damage MS Cosmetics or affect other customers.

We try to keep the website accurate, available and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free from errors, delays or technical issues.

Product Information

We aim to describe our products as clearly and accurately as possible. This includes information about product names, shades, sizes, textures, ingredients, wig types, extension styles, hair-care uses and beauty categories.

However, product packaging, ingredients, colours and branding may occasionally change. Product images are for guidance only, and colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your hair type, wig style, skin tone, scalp needs or beauty routine, please contact us before ordering. Our team is happy to help where possible.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected products from MS Cosmetics. After you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order is accepted once we confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm that the order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order if:

A product is out of stock
Payment is not authorised
There is an error in the product price or description
We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
Delivery information is incomplete or incorrect

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange a refund for the cancelled item or order.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on our VAT status and website settings.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout before you place your order.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before your order can be processed. Your card or payment details are handled securely by our payment provider, and we do not store your full card details on our website.

Product Availability

We work hard to keep popular Afro-Caribbean hair-care products, wigs, extensions, make-up, colour, barbering and professional items in stock. However, availability may change quickly, especially for best-selling products, shades, wig styles and extension colours.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we may contact you to offer an alternative, wait for restock, or issue a refund.

Delivery

We deliver to the locations shown on our website at checkout.

Delivery options, estimated times and costs will be displayed before you complete your order. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, bank holidays, stock availability or incorrect delivery information.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods should be delivered within 30 days of the order being placed.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence at MS Cosmetics.

For online purchases, you may have the right to cancel your order within 5 days of receiving your goods. After telling us you wish to cancel, you usually have another 3 days to return the item.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with packaging, seals, tags and labels intact where applicable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be returnable once opened, used, worn, unsealed or tried on. This may include certain wigs, hair extensions, cosmetics, skincare, make-up, lashes, contact lenses, hair tools, personal care products and sealed hygiene items, unless they are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos where helpful.

We will review the issue and explain the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund or suitable alternative in line with your legal rights.

Sale and Offers

Sale items, discounts and promotional offers are subject to availability and may be changed or removed at any time.

Discount codes must be used according to the terms provided with the offer. Only one discount code may be allowed per order unless stated otherwise.

Sale items still carry your normal consumer rights. We will not restrict your legal rights for faulty, misdescribed or qualifying online return items.

Customer Advice and Product Suitability

Our staff may offer friendly product guidance based on the information you provide, such as your hair type, styling goal, preferred wig style, extension texture, colour choice or beauty routine.

This advice is intended to help you choose more confidently, but it is not medical advice. For scalp, skin, allergy or medical concerns, please seek advice from a qualified professional before using a product.

Always read product labels, ingredients, instructions and patch-test guidance before use.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics and layout, belongs to MS Cosmetics or the relevant content owner.

You may not copy, reproduce, edit, distribute or use our website content for commercial purposes without written permission.
